YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Hardware and software support for local office and EMEA region including the installation of new software and updates LAN planning and deployment, server administration Peripheral installation, configuration and troubleshooting of common network and computer problems System modification based on user specifications Assisting in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions Responding to work requests regarding configuration and/or maintenance of client software THE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3-5 years experience in managing large environments with 100+ desktops/workstations Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software, e.gatvėje Microsoft Office, Windows 2000/XP/7, Lotus Notes/Domino Good knowledge of Win 2003 Server, AD Ability to communicate effectively with local IT partners and management Awareness of new technologies and trends Good understanding of corporate procedures and company culture Customer oriented and business driven personality Experience in peripheral installation, configuration & troubleshooting of common network and computer problems Fluency in English, second European language is preferred Degree in Computer Sciences As an independent company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the employees of The Western Union Company® focus exclusively on serving our customers, growing our business and creating value for our shareholders.
